This Privacy Policy describes how Raisable Founders Hub LLC ("Raisable", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through accelerator.raisable.vc (the "Site").
Information we collect
- Information you submit. When you use the "Talk to us" form, we collect your name, company name, email address, and any message you include.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our programs.
- To evaluate potential sponsorships, partnerships, and program design.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Formspree, Inc. — processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox (Formspree privacy policy).
- GitHub, Inc. — hosts the Site via GitHub Pages and may log technical request data (GitHub privacy statement).
- Google Fonts — serves the Site's typefaces; your browser requests font files from Google's servers, which involves transmission of your IP address (Google privacy policy).
Data retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at og@raisable.vc. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
